K11 Premium Dessert Cafe

Today I met a friend to go shopping near K11. Seeing that everyone was a bit hungry and wanted a drink, we went into this Cafe Crepe!

The restaurant adopts a self-service form, first go to the counter to buy the meals you want to eat, then find a seat to sit, after the meals are prepared the prompt machine will sound, and then go to the counter to pick up.

🍡 Dark chocolate with rum with espresso cream cheese crepe

The most important thing about a crepe is the crust, and the crust of this restaurant is made to order, the crust is very thin, and soft and mouth-watering, like a thin version of pancake!

The first bite you feel the full cream cheese flavor and very smooth dark chocolate sauce, then served with the rum sauce next to it, plus a little chocolate chips on top, the whole mouth is very Rich!

The cake was also served with two pieces of chocolate chip cookies, the cookies were surprisingly not sweet, hard on the outside but soft when you bite them, not too soft but not dry like cookies!

🍡Handmade cold brew coffee

The coffee tastes very mellow, no sour taste, not too strong! The handmade cold brew coffee uses Colombian beans, with aromas of jasmine and sweetness carried by passion fruit. Even if I add ice to the drink, the coffee flavor is not diluted!
