I have been quite busy at work recently, so I wanted to have a big meal after work. Thinking back, it has been a long time since I last had seafood, I decided to search online for a restaurant that serves seafood steamboat. Finally, I found this restaurant on Observatory Road, Tsim Sha Tsui.

The staff is very polite and will explain the origin and cooking methods of the seafood. They will also remind you that some seafood do not need to be dipped in soy sauce to taste the fresh taste of the seawater. They will also help steam the seafood throughout the process.
