Not too special Mandarin Oriental Hotel Clipper Lounge buffet dinner

🏨First time staying in a city view room
Across the street from Prince Edward Building
The view is poor 😕😕

🍽 Eat the last round of 20:15 buffet dinner
Actually not much food
Most baked dry and soft
The hot plates of pork, beef, chicken and fish are all steamed with hot water until they are soft
After one bite of them all, I don't want to eat again
Grilled beef lamb chops are ok
Lobster refill 3 pieces or 6 pieces each time
Once I saw the staff took it out I couldn't actually walk to pick it up

🍡Dessert is a bit sweet
The biscuits/cookies are put a bit soft
The ice cream flavors are quite special with pear and passion fruit syrup

🦪2 people ate 28 oysters
But the first 2 plates melted in ice
The oysters were completely submerged in ice water
Then the ones called better
The ice only melted a little
But no oyster flavor

Overall nothing special
After all, the focus of Mandarin is the room and not the food
