Stayed at this hotel to celebrate our wedding anniversary. When we arrived at the hotel, all the staffs were greeting us with bright smiles and all the details regarding our requests were well-informed and prepared. The hotel arranged for early checkin and late checkout and offered us a nice room upgrade with a better view. Compliments such as a beautiful cake and our photo frame we found in the room were also surprising and amazing. How could I say more... artistic interior, beautiful room deco, panoramic view, cosy bathroom, top amenities, great services, and the restaurants are all just wow, never been so pleased with another hotel in this way. LBNL, special thanks to Vivien who went above to ensure we were enjoying our every moment. She was very friendly and extremely helpful. Can't wait for the next stay! Super recommended for staycation.
