I have never sat on a tatami even in Japan, but I finally had the experience of dining on a tatami in Hong Kong😂
The restaurant is Japanese style, with several Japanese tatami dining areas. Remember to take off your shoes before sitting down. The food is Western-Japanese fusion style. There are not too many choices, but each one is very attractive.
·
1️⃣Japanese style soy sauce honey grilled salmon • seaweed avocado sauce ($188)
The salmon is seasoned with Japanese soy sauce and honey and then baked. The medium-rare meat is very tender and has no fishy smell.
·
2️⃣Bacon and egg yolk cream cat ear noodles ($138)
I replaced the spaghetti with Carbonara, the orecchiette was chewy and the bacon was thicker, giving it a better texture than usual.
·
3️⃣ Mentaiko Chicken Wings • Seven-flavor Mayonnaise ($78)
The chicken wings are fried very crispy🤤The mentaiko is stuffed into the chicken wings, which is salty and fragrant, and even more evil when dipped in mayonnaise😈There are four chicken wings in a serving, which is very cost-effective
·
4️⃣Fried Hiroshima Oysters • Lemon Sauce ($88)
Hot and spicy fried oysters, this time accompanied by lemon sauce, sour and sweet, just neutralizes the greasy feeling of fried food😚😚
·
5️⃣Blood Orange Fruit Tea ($46)
With a light fruity aroma, the taste is fresh, and you need a cup after eating
