Just went to a space-themed hotpot restaurant for lunch. We chose their seafood beef ribs set for two for $658, very rich. For the two-way soup, we chose the spicy duck blood soup pot and the nourishing flower jelly chicken pot + $ 48. The soup is slightly spicy, the chili and Sichuan pepper flavors become more and more flavorful as they boil. There is half a chicken in the flower jelly chicken nest. The shopkeeper will help you cut the chicken into pieces for easy eating.

The beef ribs are quite tender and fragrant, we like to eat hand-cut because it seems to have a rough handmade feel, which makes people eat very mouth-watering.

Three kinds of handmade balls include squid balls, plum pork balls, and fresh shrimp balls. The squid balls are a bit chewy, the shrimp balls have shrimp-crispy texture. The pork meatballs with pickled vegetables are very special.

The seafood platter includes sliced ​​lobster, nine-hole bacon, shrimp, squid, sashimi, Hiroshima oysters, coral mussels, and emerald snails.
Coral mussels have a light seafood flavor. The meat of the nine-hole bacon is good. The sashimi and Hiroshima oysters are quite big.

The vegetable assorted platter has vegetables, prawns, fried fish skin, corn, asparagus, potato slices and so on. With the meal, white rice or Inari udon or sweet potato noodle choice, we chose Inari udon and sweet potato noodle, spicy soup is the best. Drinks include two cups/can. For dessert, I ordered red sugar dumplings for $48, which were made hot immediately.
