On the eve of the weekend, I came to the busy Da Hong Hui Center for my wife's favorite Niu Da Ren. Of course, I had to make an appointment on Friday, otherwise the queue would take at least 1-2 hours✨
✏️Location (8/10): 16th floor, Da Hong Hui, convenient location, long queues for elevators on weekend nights
✏️Environment (9/10): Special Taiwanese style decoration, warm and comfortable, and the ventilation is also good
✏️Service (9/10): The waiter was proactive and friendly. I saw the female staff very attentive in helping the elderly place and follow up on their orders.
✏️Food (9/10): The ingredients are high quality and fresh, there are many choices of drinks, and the price-performance ratio is quite high
🌟Beef Master 120-minute all-you-can-eat meal (Australian premium wagyu) - $328/person
In order to get two free M9 Wagyu beef balls and all-you-can-eat Australian Wagyu M5 beef shoulder rolls, I chose this most expensive set meal again 😆
🍴Peeled pepper pot
I tried the peeled chili hotpot last time and found it very special. This time I decided to order it again. It was spicy with a hint of sweetness, and it was fragrant and delicious.
🍴Beef
You can’t miss the Australian Wagyu M5 beef shoulder roll, SRF American black beef hind leg and Angus beef short ribs. The beef flavor and texture are unique. You must also order the cow mother’s secret braised beef tendon and braised beef tripe😃
🍴Pulp
Must try black truffle seafood paste, octopus pearl paste and scallop fresh fish paste. The pastes of Mr. Niu are more chewy😋
🍴 Dumplings and meatballs
Another attraction of Niu Da Ren is that there are many kinds of Taiwanese dumplings and meatballs, including Fujian Yan dumplings, Hualien flatbreads, melon chicken dumplings and taro meatballs in the self-service area. They are fresh and juicy, worth a try 😉
🍴Fried food
Once again, I recommend the fried luncheon meat, the ghost fried dough sticks and the crispy fried fish skin. Those who know how to eat will definitely order them. 😄
🍴Seafood
The seafood recommendations include sweet shrimps, fresh whitebait and real Taiwanese snapper fillets, and you can also try the crispy grass carp belly🤩
🍴Snacks
My favorite fried chicken, pork sausage and fish-flavored preserved egg tofu, of course I ordered them all this time😍
🍴Vegetables
There aren’t many places where you can eat water lilies, a specialty of Taiwan, so of course you have to eat them! There are also many vegetables in the self-service area, including lettuce, emperor vegetables, golden mushrooms, corn, etc. 😁
🍴Other
Worth a try are the handmade big black rolls and handmade Sichuan meatballs directly from Taiwan, and the fragrant and delicious private duck blood is also not to be missed 😎
🍴Drinks
Winter melon tea is my favorite. Of course, there are many brands of drinks in the self-service area.
🍴Desserts
Finally, for dessert, of course, you must order a large cup of Häagen-Dazs ice cream, which is both affordable and delicious 🎉
