Today I went to a newly opened hot pot restaurant with gorgeous decoration and high privacy. As a hot pot lover, I am very satisfied with the quality of the food this time.

The restaurant has a gorgeous environment, the lighting is dim and stylish. I thought I was going to eat Western food. Near the sauce area, there is a large fish tank with no shortage of high-quality fresh seafood🦞. The three tables near the door have floor-to-ceiling glass views of the outdoor scenery. The restaurant has many screens to create privacy and make some enclosures, especially suitable for corporate guest gatherings.

We ordered the gelatin chicken soup base, #flower gelatin chicken soup is delicious, rich in ingredients, the amount of gelatin and gelatin is plentiful, there is also half a chicken and insect fungus flowers, plus some winter melon, make the soup more fresh and sweet. The eel is also very fresh, the meat is fresh, crispy and bouncy, which makes people endlessly reminiscent, highly recommended. The Angus beef was also very tender, hand-cut with a moderate thickness.
