Clam, morel and ramen + shrimp tsukemen, great value for money!

I first met this ramen shop because of the ice cream 🍦 ramen, and I knew there was always a long queue. This time I passed by the new store in Tsuen Wan. I happened to go in and try it if I didn't need to hang up! 😆

🦪 Mussels and Mushroom Ramen + Slow Cooked Pork Char Siu🐷
Oyster Mushroom Ramen is a limited edition in Tsuen Wan shop. I saw the limited edition so I ordered one to try🥢. You can choose the softness and hardness of ramen, but you can't choose the coarse noodles🍜. The ramen of Mussel Mushroom Ramen is thin, I think it's thinner🤏🏻. The soup is full of the freshness of seafood, and the mussels are big and fluffy, super delicious! ☺️

🦐Shrimp ramen + char siu + seaweed
🦐 The ramen soup of the shrimp ramen is very rich, and full of shrimp flavor, which is my favorite taste! 🥰
The ramen soup also looks very good, the surface is covered with dried shrimps, every bite eats dried shrimps🦐
And the meatballs in the ramen soup surprised me. The meatballs melt in my mouth! 😋
The thickness of the char siu is moderate, and it has a very fragrant charcoal flavor. It's worth paying extra for two more pieces of char siu 🤣
