Introduced by a friend, there is a hidden Japanese restaurant in an industrial building in Tsuen Wan. Fresh seafood is flown in daily from Japan. There is no fixed menu, offering three Omakase price options to suit different budgets. The highlight is that all dishes are personally prepared by the owner, showing great sincerity and surprising diners! Each dish features fresh and abundant ingredients with generous portions. Plus, pets are welcome, which is very considerate.
Chef's Specialties
✦ Appetizer
Five types of pickles, including thinly sliced salmon head cartilage that is crystal clear, a refreshing appetizer in high-end Omakase cuisine.
✦ Chicken Skin and Dried Fish
Served hot and spicy, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
✦ Yellowtail Sashimi
Two types of yellowtail sashimi from different parts, offering a refreshing and rich sweet taste, allowing you to experience two different textures at once.
✦ Fluorescent Squid
Crispy on the outside, full of roe, with a slightly salty and fragrant taste.
✦ Kegani Crab
Kegani means female snow crab, which is smaller in size. Its essence lies in the rich crab roe, crab paste, and crab liver. The texture of the crab roe is like sea grapes, and it's served with a lot of crab meat wrapped in seaweed, providing an excellent taste.
✦ Sushi
Four types of sushi, all very fresh. The Toyama white shrimp has a firm and sweet taste; the medium fatty tuna is perfectly savory and sweet.
✦ Iwate Prefecture Oysters
Extremely plump and milky, tender and sweet.
✦ Nagasaki Prefecture Oysters
Whiter in color, the oyster meat is full and sweet, with a silky smooth texture.
✦ Skewers

The skewers are of high quality, all served hot. My favorites are the Wagyu beef and chicken skin, with the beef being rich in fat and the chicken skin crispy and delicious.

Torigai | Hokkigai | Black abalone | Sea urchin | Kingfish | Ice snail | Striped shrimp | Big fatty tuna
Rare sashimi options are available. It was my first time trying black abalone, which is small with a black shell and has a rich and extremely sweet taste; the torigai is thick and has a crunchy texture.

A whole pumpkin served at the table, with pumpkin puree paired with crab meat and crab roe, rich in taste and delicious.
✦ Dessert
Colorful ice cream is also carefully crafted, with several different flavors to choose from.
