The presentation is exquisite😍 The lobster meat is fresh and bouncy, stir-fried with crab paste, asparagus, and mushrooms for a rich and sweet flavor, with every bite being meaty and satisfying! The surface is sprinkled with gold leaf and flower petals for decoration, making it even more appetizing👅

❀ 'Purple' Deluxe Japanese Hot Pot Set 🐮
A rich hot pot set✨ It includes a platter of 6 types of A4 Wagyu beef, assorted vegetables, udon or a custom-made porridge, and dessert. There are five choices for the soup base, and this time we chose the rich and flavorful pomfret fish soup, which has a strong and savory fish taste, full of umami☺️

The A4 Wagyu beef platter includes Kagoshima sirloin, Kagoshima ribeye, Hida beef shoulder, Saga beef tri-tip, Yamagata beef sirloin, and Kumamoto beef shoulder😍 The marbling of the Wagyu is evenly distributed, with a tender pink hue. Among them, my favorite is the Hida beef A4 shoulder, which has the richest fat content, a strong beef flavor, and a tender and delicate texture🥰

The assorted vegetables include shiitake mushrooms, enoki mushrooms, koyadofu, bok choy, and glass noodles. I especially love the sponge-like tofu that soaks up the soup with every bite, soft yet chewy❤️ Finally, the staff makes porridge with the soup base, adding crab roe, crab paste, seaweed, egg, and rice, absorbing the essence of the hot pot, resulting in a smooth and flavorful texture👍🏻
