NgongPing Cable Car and Village

NgongPing Village is Located on Island away from hustle of HongKong. There are many places to visit here, from fancy restaurants to Monastery to Hike with view, all make this a great weekend gateway in HongKong. There are many ways one reach to village, by bus, By taxi, hike or by cable car. One thing to keep in mind is that the weather up on hill changes frequently. When we took cable car from cable car station, it was sunny and when we reach up in village it was all cloudy and we were not able to see Big Buddha as it was so foggy that it was not visible. There is beautiful treks and Monasteries and restaurants serving various options. Vegan, Vegetarian all food available. You can take a small hike to the dragons back, it gives beautiful view of the city. From cable car as well you can see airport. Macau and HongKong Bridge, there are 2 type of trolley available- One with glass floor so you will be able to see down from the trolley. It’s little expensive compared to other one without glass floor. Overall a quite interesting and good time can be spend on the mountain. #ngongping360 #hongkong #travel #cablecar
