Indulge in Tender Korean Sirloin at a Premium BBQ Restaurant in Mong Kok

When it comes to BBQ, charcoal grilling is undoubtedly the most flavorful. At this upscale Korean BBQ restaurant in Mong Kok, the use of open flame charcoal grilling imparts a delightful smoky aroma to the meat. Thanks to the restaurant's excellent ventilation, there's hardly any greasy smoke smell.

The Korean appetizers are plentiful, including kimchi, bean sprouts, spinach, potato salad, seaweed, radish, and more. These tangy and spicy starters are incredibly appetizing.

Seafood Platter $588
The seafood platter features the freshest seafood of the day. Today, we enjoyed succulent scallops, bouncy abalone, sweet queen clams, and clams. Adding some garlic butter while grilling enhances the seafood's natural flavors with a rich garlic aroma.

Korean Sirloin $1080
The highlight of the day was the Korean sirloin, with its perfectly marbled fat. The staff grilled it to a perfect medium-rare, revealing a pink center that made our mouths water. The meat was incredibly tender, with no sinew, melting in the mouth. A sprinkle of sea salt further accentuated the beef's flavor.

Gyeongju Black Pork Platter with Lettuce $388
The platter features black pork from Gyeongju, Korea, including fruit soy sauce-marinated pork shoulder, pork belly, chewy pork skin, bouncy pork intestines, and tender pork neck. The pork shoulder was particularly well-marinated, with a hint of fruity sweetness.

Pear Water Cold Noodles $95
To beat the summer heat, we also ordered a bowl of cold noodles. The noodles were silky smooth and refreshingly cold, with a hint of pear sweetness. You can add some mustard or vinegar for extra flavor.

Cucumber Lime/Grapefruit Yogurt Soda $42 each
For drinks, we had two different sodas. The cucumber lime soda was refreshing and thirst-quenching, while the grapefruit yogurt soda had a nice balance of sweet and sour.
