Hong Kong Palace Museum

The Hong Kong Palace Museum displays more than 900 precious cultural relics from the Palace Museum, many of which are on public display in Hong Kong for the first time. Some of the collections have never been exhibited to the public. The museum also regularly holds special exhibitions on Chinese culture and art. The museum also has a Palace Museum Academy, multimedia facilities, interactive installations and dining and leisure spaces to bring everyone a unique cultural experience.
The Hong Kong Palace Museum has 7 floors and 9 exhibition halls. Halls 1 to 7 hold special exhibitions lasting more than a year, and Halls 8 and 9 hold special exhibitions, each lasting 3 to 6 months.
In its first year of opening, the museum has collected more than 1,100 cultural relics, covering gold and silver wares, ceramics, bronzes, stone carvings, ink paintings, embroidery, furniture, and clocks, spanning a period of 5,000 years. The collection mainly comes from donations from local collectors and artists in Hong Kong.

Time: 10:00-18:00 daily, extended to 20:00 on Fridays, Saturdays and holidays
Ticket sales stop 1 hour in advance, closed on Tuesdays (except holidays)

Exit C1 or D1: After exiting the station, take the escalator to the 1st floor and follow the signs to the Art Plaza Skywalk Exit on the 2nd floor of ELEMENTS. After crossing the pedestrian bridge, you will reach the West Kowloon Cultural District. The journey takes about ten to fifteen minutes.
