High-quality nostalgic Cantonese restaurant in Tsim Sha Tsui East

I came to this Chinese restaurant located in Tsim Sha Tsui for dinner. The restaurant is quite large, spacious and comfortable. Their dishes are both nostalgic and full of character.

Nostalgic shrimp toast
When it comes to nostalgic Cantonese cuisine, there is no shortage of shrimp toast. The shrimp toast here is very large. The toast is crispy when you bite it. There are big shrimps on top, and the meat is crispy and bouncy.

Beef meat with tea flower jelly
The beef is served in a casserole. The beef is tender and fried very fragrant. The sauce is delicious enough. There are also lots of gelatin-filled flower jelly, plus tea tree mushrooms, shredded mushrooms and other ingredients. It's a great dish.

Casserole bacon chicken pieces stewed rice
The rice is served in a casserole. It's hot and warm, which is perfect for the cold winter weather. The casserole also makes the bottom of the rice taste a little charred. There are lots of bacon and chicken pieces in the rice, as well as fresh and sweet jade melon pieces.

Ginger Date Cake
For dessert, I ordered the Cage Ginger Juice Date Cake, which is steamed right away and still smoking when it was served. The date cake is very smooth and bouncy, and has a strong ginger juice flavour.
