The pan-fried cuttlefish cake is one of the restaurant's signature snacks. The cake is fried to a slightly crispy golden brown on the outside, with fresh cuttlefish filling that has a bouncy texture.
The chilled sweet and sour pork is cooked at a low temperature and then chilled, maintaining a tender texture without any greasiness. The outer layer is crispy, and the sweet and sour sauce is well-balanced with a hint of refreshing fruitiness. ð
The ginger and scallion baked oysters are made with plump oysters. A generous amount of ginger and scallions are added during the baking process to remove any fishiness and enhance the oyster's freshness. The outer layer of the baked oysters has a slight charred aroma, while the inside remains tender, absorbing the fragrance of ginger and scallions, making it very flavorful. ð
The clay pot rice with abalone and chicken features abalone pieces and tender chicken chunks as the main ingredients, complemented by the crispy rice at the bottom of the clay pot, creating a rich and layered taste.
