Discovering a Hidden Gem: Shang Yuan Chinese Restaurant

Gossiping about the grand opening of The Richman, I discovered that next to the Nanyang Centre there is a Chinese restaurant. As soon as you step in, there is a marble staircase, complemented by crystal chandeliers, adding a touch of elegance.

🦆《 Peking Duck (Half) 💲298 》
The duck skin is richly colored and glossy, crispy and fragrant, and the pancake is thin enough. The rich aroma bursts out~

🦞《 Lobster Soup Seafood Congee (Regular) 💲188 》
A large clay pot emits a fragrant aroma, with a soup base made from lobster, enough for four people. Added ingredients include clam meat, mushrooms, carrots, and celery to cook the congee, delicious and appetizing~

🫛《 Dry-fried Green Beans 💲98 》
The green beans have a slightly charred skin, crisp and tasty, stir-fried with shallots, minced pork, and garlic, giving off a fragrant aroma with distinct layers of flavor, perfect with rice.

☕️ Tea charge 💲18/person, with a 10% service charge
