$148 Salted Egg Yolk Cream Sauce Prawn Balls and Cat's Ear Pasta, the prawns are big and chewy, and the cat's ear pasta is thick and chewy. The cream with salted egg yolk adds sparkle.
There is a keto-friendly cauliflower rice, and I ordered salt-grilled salmon to supplement protein and omega.
