A stylish restaurant in Eslite Bookstore☕️

I value Me time very much. I regularly like to read books at E-Pin and enjoy the quiet and slow life📚. This time I was surprised to find a restaurant - NOIR Modern Bistro - opened at E-Pin Bookstore in Hilton Plaza!

The restaurant is dominated by stylish black🖤, the design is simple and elegant, with soft lighting, blending into the comfortable atmosphere of the bookstore. Featuring fine dishes, there are also a variety of top wines, Japanese shochu and sake 🍶 available.

This time I happened to try the restaurant's newly launched afternoon tea 😋:

🥪Italian Pickled Fish Sandwich: The outer layer is baked to crispy, the pickled fish tastes tender and full of freshness, a very novel combination.

🍔 Beer Chicken Burger: The bread is equally toasted to crispy but not dry, the chicken is tender and juicy, with a beer aroma.

🍰 Cheese Basque Cake: Thick, melting in the mouth, sweet but not greasy.

☕️Handmade drip filtered coffee: Has a nice fruity aroma with a slight acidity that balances just right with other light meals and is a good addition to the overall meal.

Overall, I think NOIR Modern Bistro is a quite textured restaurant, appreciate their every dish is done very well, have felt their attention to details 🫶🏻 Next time I will visit I should return ☺️
