Hotel Dining--Cai Feng Lou
This time I had dinner at the hotel's special Cantonese restaurant, Cai Feng Lou. This restaurant mainly serves new Cantonese cuisine, which combines exquisite Cantonese cuisine with Wuxi flavors. The dishes are full of surprises
What impressed me the most was the classic Cantonese sausage claypot rice with Wuxi-style seasoning sauce, which was sweet and fragrant, and it was really delicious! Especially the pot part, the more you eat, the more fragrant
There are also pearl coconut stewed sea cucumber, flame rose dew baked sea snail, black truffle shrimp dumplings, etc., all taste very good
