[Paotai Hill] Baihao Famous Banquet: Limited supply of caged lotus fish, shrimp and crab steamed rice

There are fewer and fewer restaurants in some traditional areas. This time I came to Baihao Mingyan Tea to taste classic dim sum.

We ordered a few classic dim sum items including barbecued pork buns, siu mai and beef balls. The BBQ pork buns have a thin skin and lots of fillings. The aroma of pork and barbecued pork is strong, with a sweet and salty taste. The filling of the siomai is tender and juicy, while the beef balls are chewy and delicious.

The biggest surprise is the limited supply cage fish, shrimp and crab steamed rice. This dish is colorful and filling, with flower crabs, spotted crabs, and shrimps in a cage, and fragrant fried rice at the bottom. Every bite is a feast of seafood, with plump crab meat and sweet shrimp meat blending with the aroma of fried rice.
