"Mo Yun"
Located in Tai Kok Tsui, the upscale Chinese restaurant is chefed by Master Lei Yip, who has more than 20 years of experience, blending Teochew and Cantonese cuisine with each other. Master Lei has worked for a local Michelin restaurant and also served as a private chef for Hong Kong billionaires😳 Many celebrities, political and business celebrities were guests.
The decoration is very stylish, even the furnishings, dishes, cutlery, etc. are not very exquisite, showing thoughtful 💞 The place is spacious and comfortable, there are several VIP rooms, the largest room can accommodate 18 people ~
✨Black vinegar crispy eel fillet
One of my favorite dishes 🫶🏻 The eel fillet is also fried crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, the outer layer is dipped in sweet and sour black vinegar sauce, and with sesame flavor ~ very appetizing☺️
✨Seafood Soup Sakura Shrimp Noodles
The noodles are very crispy, taste great, and full of soup feeling ~ with seafood soup and cherry shrimp, full of freshness 🙌🏻
✨Fresh fruit shredded sweet and sour pork
The thread pulling effect is excellent 😻 The sweet and sour pork is moderately fat and lean, and it tastes very fragrant. The overall sweetness and sourness are just right, and the sweet and sour pork still retains the crispy outside and tender inside.
✨ Crispy shrimp sauce bones
The shrimp sauce tastes so fragrant! Fry until crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, but the meat remains juicy.
