Hong Kong is a place that can be fully enjoyed in a 2-night, 3-day trip, including Macau. Here is a summary of a Hong Kong travel itinerary.
1️⃣ Lantau Island, Ngong Ping Village
Upon arriving in Hong Kong, head to Lantau Island, which is near the airport. Ngong Ping Village is located there. To get to Ngong Ping Village, you can take the Ngong Ping 360 cable car, the longest in Hong Kong.
It takes about 4 hours to visit the Tian Tan Buddha in Ngong Ping Village and return.
2️⃣ Tsim Sha Tsui Food Spots
Tsim Sha Tsui has many affordable and delicious food spots. Personally, I recommend the dim sum restaurants One Dim Sum and DimDimSum.
3️⃣ Temple Street Night Market
Located near Yau Ma Tei Station, Temple Street Night Market is the most popular night market in Hong Kong.
4️⃣ Avenue of Stars
Avenue of Stars is close to Tsim Sha Tsui, making it easy to get to. It’s a great place to watch the Symphony of Lights, a laser show that starts at 8 PM. The Avenue of Stars also features handprints of famous Hong Kong stars, so you can have fun finding the handprints of your favorite actors.
5️⃣ Flat Peaches
You can enjoy flat peaches, which are also available in Europe, in Hong Kong. They are the perfect size to eat one at a time and are high in sugar, making them a great way to end your day back at your accommodation!
