Tsuen Wan Hot Pot Fish Maw Chicken 🥰

It's been a long time since I had hot pot with my friends, so we went to Da Roll Friends 😆 This place has been eating a long time ago, I like its chicken soup with jade the most

Today we ordered the Linglong Floating Mulberry Chicken Soup Pot, then a beef platter, then a mixed vegetable platter, and a Wagyu cuttlefish ball, yellow throat and Iberian acorn pork

His chicken soup is very filling as always, lots of fish, we drank two bowls of soup each before starting to eat anything else, his chicken is half-cooked chicken put in the pot for 5 minutes to eat, the cooked to just right, very tender

In addition, his beef platter is also very tasty, you can see that the beef inside is all very top-notch, the pieces are very good😍

Another compliment to his pork, fat and lean evenly, proportion just right, I think very tasty

Also his wagyu squid balls are very special, the outside is squid balls wrapped in yellow cow, I think the hand-beaten mouthfeel is better, this is quite a surprise


Since we love yellow throat, we ordered another portion. I thought it was boiled for a few seconds, and it was very refreshing and delicious🤤

The mixed vegetable platter had some of all the vegetables, plus the soup was great

Finally, we also ordered a flame tofu and bamboo cane root 😊 flame tofu is very good to take pictures, it will light the fire in front of you burn the sugar on top, become like caramel so crispy on top and smooth on the bottom, the whole mouth is very tasty
