Nature stroll of Ningbo

As you reach Cicheng Ancient Town in Ningbo, you’re welcomed by old style buildings which you can tell have been rebuilt more recently. It is still a lovely walk and the locals in the shops are worth visiting too. At the end of the main road of Cicheng lies Cihu Lake. The lake continues the path from Cicheng with the pavilion lay in the centre, but if you head to the left from here you will find yourself walking through the trees and can explore multiple paths leading through foresty areas. The whole place is free to explore and it could be worth spending a good few hours walking through the area, especially on the cooler days of Spring and Summer.
Be warned, mosquitoes will attack but stepping out onto the platforms overlooking the lake is worth it. #urbanexplorer #awesomepic #staycation #lakes
