Having tried this Green Tea Restaurant in Mainland China before, now that it has opened a branch in Hong Kong, there's no need to travel to Shenzhen for it anymore. The menu even features several Hong Kong-exclusive dishes.
Shrimp with Vermicelli $108
Cooked directly on the table in a clay pot, this dish includes plenty of shrimp along with the vermicelli. The staff helps with timing and cooking the shrimp to perfection. Fresh and piping hot, the shrimp is tender and bouncy, while the vermicelli absorbs all the flavors, making it incredibly tasty.
Tricolor Shredded Chicken Cold Noodles $48
Made with three different colored cold noodles, this dish is visually appealing. The noodles are chewy, and the sauce at the base is not only spicy but also slightly tangy, offering a fragrant and appetizing taste.
Crispy Scallion Roast Duck $128
The roast duck features crispy skin and tender meat, with a rich aroma that isn't gamey. Pairing it with scallion paste enhances the flavor even further.
Flatbread with Five-Spice Pork $108
The flatbread is stuffed with pork belly, crispy bits, and savory noodle sauce. Each bite offers a variety of textures and a rich taste.
Preserved Vegetable Pork Bun $38
The pork buns come in several flavors, and we opted for the preserved vegetable version. Served hot in a steamer basket, the buns are soft and fluffy, while the pork filling inside is juicy and flavorful.
Potato Cheese Tart $22
We also ordered the potato cheese tart, which features a crispy tart shell filled with a mixture of potato and cheese. The slightly molten center adds a unique touch.
