The Little Prince themed afternoon tea

I don’t know if you have read the book The Little Prince. I have loved this book since I was a child. Although I have watched it countless times, my feelings and understandings are completely different each time. The key point is that we should not just look at anything from the outside, but feel it with our heart.

In fact, this classic fairy tale really contains profound life philosophy and is suitable for readers of all ages. The characters in it are also very vivid. It is for this reason that I have always had a love for every product and theme of The Little Prince.

After learning that the Royal Plaza Hotel recently launched a Little Prince-themed afternoon tea, I went with my younger brother to try it. There are many Little Prince theme cards available for diners to check in at the entrance of the restaurant, and every dessert or savory snack in the afternoon tea is related to the content of the story, so in addition to tasting the flavor of the food, you can also appreciate the thought that goes into its production.

🌟Duck liver pate biscuits with raspberry jelly
🌟Crab meat and avocado puree with crispy rice crackers
🌟 Crispy fried Parma ham cheese potato balls with fresh herb tomato sauce
🌟Smoked salmon mousse tart with black fish ^_^
🌟Blueberry cheese white chocolate mousse cake
🌟Raspberry Opera House Cake
🌟Lemon Madeleine Cake
🌟Vanilla Orange Mousse Cake
🌟Cherry Mousse Cake

Overall, the Little Prince afternoon tea looks very delicate, especially the blueberry cheese and white chocolate mousse cake designed in the shape of a light blue planet. Reminds me of the little prince from planet B612, who is very thoughtful. The most eye-catching dessert must be the cherry pistachio mousse cake, which is shaped like a rose and decorated with silver foil. When it is served, it has a fairy smoke effect, which is very surprising. As for the fox-patterned lemon madeleine cake, the raspberry opera house cake in the shape of a pink suitcase, and the vanilla orange mousse cake, they are equally unique. Their designs symbolize riding a "book" with the little prince through the clouds, and are very creative and surprising. For savory dishes, there are duck liver pate biscuits with raspberry jelly, crab meat and avocado puree with crispy rice crackers, crispy fried Parma ham, cheese and potato balls with fresh herb and tomato puree, and smoked salmon mousse tart with black fish roe.
