My impression of Hong Kong has always been towering skyscrapers, endless delicious snacks, countless souvenirs to buy, or perhaps Disneyland and Ocean Park. This time at Ngong Ping 360, seeing such scenery forms a sharp contrast to the bustling pace of the city center. Here, you can watch the mountains and sea stretch endlessly, while also seeing the city’s dense high-rises. The shopping street above has a Chinese style, and the solemnity of the nearby Big Buddha is breathtaking (but there are really too many stairs—I couldn’t make it up 😂).
The cable car tickets come in combinations of panoramic view for the outbound trip and standard for the return, so you can ride different cabins both ways~
But no matter which level of cabin you choose, please note‼️
“The queues are really long, and you’ll have to wait quite a while.”
