Minced Meat and Rice | First Experience at a Hard-to-Book Restaurant

Since Minced Meat and Rice landed in Hong Kong, it has always been difficult to get a reservation.

Tonight, it was finally my turn to visit Minced Meat no Rice at IFC Mall Phase 2 in Central, where I enjoyed an unforgettable freshly grilled beef hamburger steak!

Even with a reservation, there was still a wait upon arrival. The restaurant atmosphere was lively, and sitting at the bar watching the chef cook on the spot felt like being part of a visual and gustatory feast 🌃. Coupled with the Victoria Harbour night view, it was truly worth every penny!

The hamburger steak here is nothing short of perfect—there really is no other way to describe it. The tender, juicy patty sizzled on the iron griddle, with sparks flying, igniting excitement 🔥. Topped with a silky soft onsen egg, the yolk slowly flowed down, mixing with the rice to melt in your mouth, delivering a rich and satisfying flavor 😋.

The set meal also came with steaming hot miso soup, and I ordered a refreshing tea to perfectly balance the rich taste of the food 🌸. The chef’s professional skills and friendly attitude made the entire dining experience even more enjoyable 🤗.

From the location at IFC Mall Phase 2 in Central, you can also enjoy a distant view of Victoria Harbour’s night scene, where the city lights and the sea complement each other, adding a romantic atmosphere to the meal 🌆.
