Kai Tak High-Quality Western Restaurant

Chefcut has always been one of my favorite Western restaurants. However, after visiting multiple times, I usually opt for à la carte dishes because there are more variety options. The lunch set menu mainly offers toast, pasta, or pizza, but I feel the restaurant truly excels not in pasta or pizza. Instead, I recommend trying their desserts, main courses, and some appetizers.
Recommended dishes include bone marrow toast, roasted pork saddle with apple sauce, lobster mac and cheese, and caramel pudding.
This time, I ordered a lunch set featuring spicy sausage pizza. The cheese portion was quite generous. The pizza slices were small, but I found the crust a bit hard. If I want pizza, I’d rather go to an Italian place specializing in pizza. However, their other main courses are really outstanding, which I have tried several times before.
The lunch set is more cost-effective because it includes an appetizer option, such as Parma ham, buffalo mozzarella, and arugula with toast. The small portion was nice, but the toast was slightly lacking in crispiness.
The lobster mac and cheese is very popular. Every time I visit, I see many customers ordering this dish. Perhaps because for under $200, you can get a main course with half a lobster, which is a great value compared to other dishes. Mac and cheese is perfect for kids, with a strong cheese flavor and small pasta pieces that are easy to eat.
As for the environment, I personally prefer coming here for dinner. This time, coming for lunch with my little brother, the whole atmosphere felt completely different. The bar lighting at night makes the restaurant feel more upscale and elegant, while in the morning it feels like an ordinary restaurant. Next time, I want to try other breads and desserts.
Delicious Food
