From appetizers to dessert, the presentation is exquisite and the food quality is quite good 😊

Mixed with yuzu radish puree, light snow salt, and tangy onion

Wagyu marbling is evenly distributed, very attractive
Each person gets 2 slices, with slightly different side dishes and seasonings for each slice
Chef cooks to medium rare, rich beef flavor

The 1st slice is paired with baby bok choy, pumpkin, and shiitake mushrooms
Vegetables soak up the sukiyaki sauce, very sweet and fresh

The 2nd slice includes emperor greens, enoki mushrooms, and apple
Eating the apple last balances the wagyu fat 😀

Set meal allows choice of white rice or udon; we had one of each
