Sheung Wan: Genuine Handmade Italian Pasta

I'm a handmade pasta enthusiast. I saw an online introduction to this cafe specializing in handmade pasta and have been wanting to try it. Yesterday, I passed by and saw a long queue at the entrance, so I didn’t want to wait and decided to go right when it opened today. No waiting and I could take photos around.

Since it was too early and I was alone, I could only sit in a cramped spot downstairs, but the seats upstairs looked quite comfortable. The decor and arrangement are quite interesting, and the spot near the entrance is pretty chill if you don’t mind the heat.

The food, drinks, and desserts are all quite good. I ordered lobster sauce wide egg noodles with pan-seared scallops; the handmade pasta has a chewy texture, like it~ Pistachio duo: pistachio latte + pistachio Basque cheesecake, with a pistachio aroma that’s not too sweet.

If you have time in Sheung Wan, you must go try it‼️
