Recently, a very characteristic Spanish restaurant has been circulating on the Internet, with a windbreak theme, the environment is full of mystery, and feels like in a foreign country, very high privacy popular restaurant.
To verify the quality of the restaurant, we specially came to this restaurant "try the trick"😏
We booked online and were quickly contacted by the staff, there was only one menu for lunch, no food to choose from, claiming to be the most famous of the restaurant. In fact, if the food is of high quality and tastes good, no choice is not a problem, because we have no food sensitivities and no particular partial eclipse. But what disappointed us the most was that none of the food in the entire restaurant particularly impressed us.
We were booked for the day (because there were no other guests).
, in fact, our whole family also likes tranquility, the environment is good, because the privacy is high, check-in is good, birthday celebration is also great. But if restaurant prices remain the same, I believe there are more choices.
🌟Chicken liver pâté
The chicken liver sauce is added with purple onions and spring onions cooked in pot wine, spread on bread and eaten. It tastes slightly savory and is a good appetizer.
🌟Pardon pepper
This Spanish bell pepper sprinkled with sea salt and Parmesan cheese fried is not bad, however as a dish it seems a little monotonous.
🌟Grilled chattlefish with allioli espuma
This one was a little surprising. The sea salt and black pepper fried cuttlefish had a texture, plus the shopkeeper sprinkled garlic and mayonnaise to season it. It actually tasted quite good, but the cuttlefish was cut too small. I believe a little bigger would be better.
🌟Garlic Shrimp
Loaded with bouncy garlic shrimp with olive oil, garlicky, very crispy, served with crispy toast, but feel the shrimp is ordinary frozen shrimp, their own home can also cook the taste, a little disappointed.
🌟Roasted apricot flower chicken
Apricot chicken is probably the dish that all guests look forward to, the restaurant staff will drizzle the whole chicken with whiskey on the spot for a photo-taking effect, and then take it back to the kitchen and bake it again. The skin is thin and crispy enough, the chicken legs and wings are quite flavourful, the chicken breast is not as smooth and tasty.

Another main course of apricot chicken is full of chicken oil flavor, the previous dish with leftover chicken hand-tear, then fried chicken skin and rice fried. The taste was slightly sweet, however the two brothers did not appreciate the taste of pine and cypress leaves.
