Hong Kong's Hidden "Heart of the Ocean"! Heart-Shaped Pool + Glassy Sea, Perfect for Camping and Photo Ops

Hong Kong hides a magical photo spot—the "Heart of the Ocean" at Xiamen Bay, Kiu Tsui Chau! This man-made pool connects with the seawater and looks like a heart-shaped gem from above. The water is most beautiful at high tide, making your photos postcard-perfect~

📍Must-Read Guide:
1️⃣ Transportation: From Shenzhen, you can take a taxi from Futian directly to Sai Kung Pier (carpooling with more people is cheaper); or take the MTR to Sha Tin and transfer to bus 299X to Sai Kung Terminus.
2️⃣ Ferry Schedule: Sai Kung New Public Pier → Xiamen Bay, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with ferries every 30 minutes or hourly.
3️⃣ Photo Route: After disembarking, walk 20 minutes along the left coastline, but remember! The shore is difficult to walk at high tide, and you might have to swim part of the way, so beginners should choose the timing carefully~

Besides photo ops, Xiamen Bay is great for snorkeling and camping! The campsite is next to the beach, with public toilets but freshwater is sometimes unavailable, so bringing your own drinking water is safest~ If you want to avoid crowds and relax by the glassy sea, this is definitely the hidden gem you’re looking for!
