Hong Kong's Maldives - Xiamen Bay

Xiamen Bay, also known as Half Moon Bay because of its crescent-shaped beach.
We took a boat from Saigon Pier to Xiamen Bay. There were many shipping companies at the pier. Remember to compare the prices. Some were 50 yuan round trip, and some were 40 yuan round trip. Just choose the cheaper one because the types of boats and routes are the same.
We originally planned to only go to Xiamen Bay🏖️ for fun that day. When we were on the boat, we met a very nice couple who told us that we could walk from Xiamen Bay along the hiking trail to the beach of Sharp Island🏝️. The journey took an hour and a half. The road conditions were very friendly to novice hikers. The scenery along the way was very beautiful. On the return trip, we could also take a boat directly from Sharp Island to Sai Kung🫶🏻
When we arrived at Xiamen Bay, we were shocked by the blue sea and blue sky as soon as we got off the boat. This is the most beautiful bay I have ever seen in Hong Kong. The sea water 🌊 is like glass water. No wonder others say this is the Maldives of Hong Kong😍
Xiamen Bay has clear water and fine sand, making it a great place for snorkeling, swimming and sunbathing. There are lifeguards and snack kiosks on the beach to meet basic food and drink needs. There is also a barbecue area nearby 🍖, where you can bring your own food to grill 😋
Walk up the stairs with the "Qiaozui Beach" sign behind the snack kiosk for 15 minutes and you will reach a check-in point where you can overlook the entire Xiamen Bay coast. You can see the perfect bay that looks like a green gem!
After checking in, you can continue walking along the path and go to Qiaozui Beach. If you don’t want to hike, you can also enjoy a happy time playing in the water in Xiamen Bay.
