A while ago, a friend invited me to eat something good in Causeway Bay. They chose a Kansai-style sukiyaki restaurant 🤤 The interior is decorated in a simple wooden style, with bright, clean, and tidy surroundings that make you feel very comfortable and relaxed. The seating is designed as a bar counter, so diners can enjoy watching the chef’s skills while savoring a rich and delicious meal 😉
The restaurant specializes in premium wagyu dishes, and this time we tried their supreme wagyu set. This set includes three appetizers (taro tofu + simmered daikon and okra in broth + grilled abalone), three sashimi items (scallop + sea bream + toro), squid ink chawanmushi, wagyu tartare (the wagyu has an even color, topped with quail egg, sea urchin, caviar, and scallions, with diced pear at the bottom; combined with the wagyu in the middle layer, the texture is very rich 😻), sukiyaki (the meat is tender and juicy, and eating it with egg yolk really fills you with happiness 😎), truffle crab kamameshi (salmon roe can be added unlimitedly 🙈), maitake mushroom clear soup (light and refreshing, helps cut through the richness of the beef), and dessert (although the Mizuyoshin mochi is not my favorite, it looks really beautiful) 😍
From the appetizing starters to the exquisite dessert, every dish in this dinner reflects the chef’s dedication. Seeing the combination of fresh ingredients and superb culinary skills makes you look forward to savoring every moment of deliciousness. This sukiyaki meal definitely satisfied the taste buds of me and my friends 😋 After a busy day at work, having dinner at a quality restaurant in the evening to relax really helps to temporarily throw away worries~ I sincerely recommend it to all wagyu or sukiyaki lovers to come and enjoy 🙌🏿
