Probably the last time eating at Fu Tung Court Seafood Restaurant
First, thanks to #FuTungCourt for standing with true Hong Kong people during the toughest days.
Also, many thanks to Fu Tung Court for giving me so many special memories.
I'm not from Sha Tin and rarely spend in the Sha Tin area,
but here I have eaten with comrades, and for the first time realized bitter melon can actually taste great (Golden Bitter Melon). Every time I work at / #LekYuenEstate, I gather a group to come here for dim sum. The portions here are really big and good value!
Of course, we can’t forget the district’s takeaway roast duck during the pandemic.
Maybe everything will become a memory, but I’m grateful for everything Fu Tung Court has brought us.
Enough chit-chat, let’s get to the point.
After observing for a few days, it’s very difficult to get a table for dinner.
So I chose to come for lunch and wait about two hours to eat.
Here are some practical tips for everyone:
1) I got my ticket around 1:30 PM at lunch and waited 10 minutes to be seated.
2) For 1 to 3 people dining, about 90% will need to share a table.
3) Lunch offers roast duck: one serving is $148, two servings add $35.
4) There is tea mustard, which requires an extra charge.
5) Lunch today was very busy, the staff worked very hard, please be understanding.
6) Dim sum orders close at 3 PM, don’t come too late.
7) No need to call to book, the phone won’t be answered.
Hope everyone can take advantage of these few days to support them, roast duck is a must order.
If you can gather 4 people to eat, that’s the best fit.
My personal favorite dim sum is vegetable dumplings, and the mini BBQ pork rice is also very tasty.
Lastly, many thanks to the kind-hearted Hong Kong people who still choose to support.
