UFUFU Cafe: Japanese-Western Fusion Cuisine

UFUFU Cafe, originating from Saga, Japan, specializes in Japanese-Western fusion cuisine, offering pasta, burgers, and pizza. This time, I visited their branch at Tsuen Wan Plaza. The environment is cozy, making it a great spot to relax and enjoy a meal while shopping during your day off.

The beef patty is perfectly cooked—not too dry, just right! Paired with fresh vegetables, it’s incredibly juicy. Make sure to eat it while it’s hot, as the stretchy cheese complements the burger perfectly. 😋

🔸 Mentaiko Scallop Cream Pasta 🍝
The mentaiko sauce is super creamy! 😍 The staff kindly reminded me to enjoy it quickly, and luckily, I didn’t spend too much time taking photos! The scallops are impressively large, with two big pieces included.

🔸 Okinawa Mixed Fruit Soda 🍹
This drink has a subtle pineapple aroma and bits of red berries, offering a delightful surprise with every sip. It’s full of Okinawan vibes. 🌻🌞

🔸 Banana Sugar Banana Parfait 🍌
Personally, I wish it had more banana, but the variety of toppings provides a rich texture. It’s not overly sweet, which is just fine. 🆗
