Tokachi Beef Japanese Cuisine

After having brunch in the afternoon, we went back to Tin Shui Wai for dinner.
When I was young, I used to eat at the Lok Fu branch, so it’s like a childhood memory.
My cousin chose the Pan-fried Tomahawk Lamb Chop with Black Truffle Rice for $146.
Garlic sauce, medium rare.
Cream soup, garlic bread, iced lemon tea.
The black truffle rice is very fragrant, with a texture similar to risotto.
At this price, the quality is really above average.
Although the lamb chop was ordered medium rare, it was still very juicy—quite a pleasant surprise.
I chose the Pan-fried Beef Tenderloin, Chicken Chop with Prawns and Vegetables for $158.
Black pepper sauce served separately, medium rare.
Borscht soup, garlic bread, iced coffee.
The garlic bread is very crispy, not bad.
The borscht is slightly spicy and suits my taste.
The beef tenderloin has a good thickness.
The chicken chop is of normal standard.
The prawns have roe.
The potatoes are quite tasty~
