Taiwanese Hot Pot Gathering Tour

Hot pot is a great way to enjoy a meal together, allowing people to chat and enjoy the food. For busy Hong Kongers, a relaxing meal is a great way to unwind.

This Taiwanese hot pot restaurant, with its cherry blossom tree as its landmark, offers an all-you-can-eat hot pot set menu.

We ordered the 120-minute Set B all-you-can-eat hot pot set, which comes with herbal broths and two tomato broths.

The hot pot meats include Australian M7 beef brisket, Australian M7 rice, premium beef shank, Australian grain-fed Calamari beef, Japanese Kagoshima Chami pork, Spanish millet-fed pork shank, and lamb slices. As a beef lover, the brisket, rice, and beef shank are a must-try; they're tender and rich in beef flavor.

They're served with a variety of meatballs and fresh vegetables like katsu melon, corn, radish, lettuce, and winter melon.

Among the Taiwanese snacks, the fried chicken wings are a standout, with their crispy skin and tender texture. The spicy duck blood dish is smooth and fragrant, while the durian bomb is crispy and filled with a hot, sweet, and smooth durian paste. The dish also includes pickled radish, Taiwanese sausage, and Yilan scallion patties, all delicious.

There's also a variety of Taiwanese desserts, including waffles, shaved ice, and taro ball grass jelly. Round out the meal with a popsicle of your choice or delicious, smooth Movenpick ice cream.
