High-quality skewers in Tsim Sha Tsui with delightful surprises

᪥ A newly opened skewer restaurant, perfect for chatting with friends. The variety of skewers here is diverse, with prices averaging from a dozen to several dozen HKD per skewer. There is a bar counter where you can watch the chefs prepare the skewers.

᪥ Thai-style grilled squid tentacles, spicy and flavorful; salt-grilled fresh chicken kidneys, with a slightly crispy exterior; garlic grilled oysters, loved for the aroma of garlic and the rich oyster flavor.

᪥ Among the vegetables, I like the fragrant grilled zucchini, which is especially delicious with the skewer house special seasoning. Also, honey grilled pineapple is a must-order every time I have skewers. Cheese spinach rolls balance the freshness and slight bitterness of spinach with the richness of cheese.

᪥ Minced chicken sticks with Japanese egg, the smoothness of the Japanese egg pairs wonderfully with the minced chicken, making this dish exceptionally tasty.

᪥ Besides skewers, the white wine cream cooked clams combine the aroma of white wine and the richness of cream, resulting in a fresh and sweet taste. The squid paste and seaweed shrimp is a special dish, with seaweed wrapping squid paste and shrimp, plus sauce, creating a unique flavor! Mentaiko cream udon has a rich cream sauce that pairs well with the udon for a great texture.
