The Splendid Carpets of Islam at the Hong Kong Palace Museum

Witness the breathtaking beauty of Islamic carpets 💗, showcasing extraordinary craftsmanship that creates timeless elegance. The latest exhibition at the Hong Kong Palace Museum, "The Splendid Carpets of Islam," is Hong Kong's first special exhibition focusing on Islamic art.

Co-organized with the Museum of Islamic Art in Doha, the exhibition is divided into four sections and features 90 exquisite artifacts! Among them are 15 intricately crafted carpets 👍🏼, as well as porcelain, metalwork, illuminated manuscripts, and jade artifacts.

⭐️ "Carpet Workshop Experience" Learning Corridor

At the end of the exhibition, there's an interactive learning corridor where visitors can design carpet patterns through games. Several Islamic carpets are also displayed for visitors to touch and feel their texture.
