Second Visit to Singaporean Restaurant "Pandan"

This is my second visit to this Singaporean restaurant called "Pandan." Last time I had afternoon tea, and this time I came for dinner. Dinner is definitely not as good a deal as afternoon tea, but the service from the staff and manager remains unchanged—very attentive. For dinner, you can order your favorite dishes à la carte. What I like most is that this restaurant is very spacious, making it very comfortable to sit and eat!

1. Singapore Spicy Fried Pearl Rice $198 (9/10)
This plate of Singapore spicy fried pearl rice is quite generous in portion. The fried rice grains are distinct, with duck meat and diced shrimp inside. The spiciness is mild, and the whole dish is fragrant and not oily!

2. Northern Thai Green Curry Crispy Soft-Shell Crab Risotto $236 (10/10)
This Northern Thai green curry crispy soft-shell crab risotto is deliciously spicy. The fried soft-shell crab is hot, not greasy, and crispy. There are two large pieces of fried soft-shell crab!

3. Fruit Iced Tea $48 (8/10)
This fruit iced tea is a bit sweet. Although it’s called fruit iced tea, it mainly tastes like longan, which still counts as fruit!

4. Iced Italian Foam Coffee $58 (10/10)
This iced Italian foam coffee has a strong coffee flavor. The milk foam on top is very smooth—excellent!

Total price for 2 people: $594, plus service charge!
