🍹 Just caught the Happy Hour, enjoyed an "Auntie Maria’s Aperol Spritz," a classic Italian aperitif with fresh orange aroma, slight bitterness, and refreshing bubbles.

🧆 The starter "Roman Meatballs" are very solid, mixed with Parmesan cheese, the tomato sauce is sweet and sour balanced, the surface cheese is slightly charred, perfect for dipping bread to soak up the sauce.

🐚 The "White Wine Clams" have plump, sand-free clams, infused with garlic and white wine aroma, the broth has a herbal fragrance, best paired with sourdough bread to dip.

🐷 The main course "Italian Roasted Suckling Pig" has crispy skin, tender meat, rich but not greasy fat, and the GRAVY mushroom sauce is very flavorful.
