Hong Kong's Unique Tea Drinks

Today, my husband and I were strolling around Causeway Bay and got tired, so I dragged him to Hysan Place to find a spot to sit down, have a drink, and rest!

I’ve heard from friends before that there’s a food court on the basement level of Hysan Place, but I usually go to the upper floors more often. Since so many people recommended checking out the lower level, I decided to take my husband there to explore.

Luckily, even though it’s Sunday, we managed to find a seat. After sitting down, I noticed a tea shop nearby called "silk.絲茶" with a long queue of people waiting to buy drinks—it looked quite appealing.

This tea shop specializes in Hong Kong-style tea drinks, giving off a strong local vibe.

My husband chose the Amber Lemon Tea, while I opted for the limited-time Mango Frost—it sounded delicious!

My husband’s Amber Lemon Tea, just from the name, feels like a refreshing Hong Kong-style lemon tea. It’s uniquely enhanced with aiyu jelly, offering a smooth texture and a hint of lemon fragrance. On a hot summer day, this drink is perfect for cooling off.

As for my Mango Frost, this limited-time drink is just right for summer! It features mango, passion fruit, pineapple, and Four Seasons tea. The sweet and fruity flavors should pair wonderfully, making it refreshing and appetizing. The addition of Four Seasons tea further enhances the aroma, making it irresistible to take sip after sip.
(Note: Available from July 15 to August 17)

Overall, "silk.絲茶" not only offers unique Hong Kong-style tea drinks but also has limited-time products that are worth trying.

If you’re tired and thirsty while out and about, finding a cozy spot to sit down and enjoy tea is truly a delightful experience!
