Today, I went out for a delicious meal with my dad again! This time, we went to a lovely restaurant with a Michelin halo.
We're talking about Fisholichk, a small restaurant that has been awarded the Bib Gourmand in the Hong Kong and Macau Michelin Guide for three consecutive years! We chose the branch located in the Food Court on the 11th floor of Hysan Place in Causeway Bay.

For a drink, I chose the frozen Brain Thin Halo with Tangerine Peel and Lemon (original price $25, $10 with a side dish). It's said to be good for both health and wellness, and it's sweet and delicious. Dad ordered the frozen Signature Milk Tea King (original price $20, $7 with a side dish).
Fish Soup with Fish Maw, Conch, and Bamboo Fungus (original price $58)! The broth is incredibly rich, boasting not only the savory flavors of the fish broth but also the rich flavors of the conch and mushrooms. The generous portion is more than enough for us to share.
Fish Ramen in Bowl $28! This Hong Kong street food, infused with fish, also delighted Dad. The noodles are sprinkled with crispy fried fish skin, adding a nice texture. The consistency is just right, smooth and flavorful. This bowl of fish ramen is truly impressive.
Fish Ramen in Shrimp ... The vibrant orange-red roasted bone and rich shrimp broth are incredibly fragrant and delicious, complementing the springy fish ramen with a truly high-quality texture. The fresh, sweet prawns add a touch of umami to the mix, truly delicious.
Hokkaido Sea Urchin Fish Udon $88! Highly recommended for sea urchin lovers, the use of Hokkaido sea urchin in the slippery fish udon creates a truly captivating slippery texture and sweet flavor. Both new noodle dishes are available until November 24th.
Jade Sprouts in Fish Broth $23! It's incredibly delicious without even a hint of herbaceous flavor. The jade sprouts are filled with the aroma of the fish broth, complemented by a hint of garlic and a sweet and delicious flavor.
I really love the restaurant's approach to food, infusing familiar dishes with fish elements. Their creativity and surprises are both invaluable, and their meticulous preparation truly deserves Michelin recognition.
