High-quality three-course dinner at Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong

✨This time, I’m sharing and introducing our dinner buffet experience at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel. We bought a 2-for-2 deal, averaging only $543 per person. To enjoy a 5-star level buffet at such a great price is truly worth it🤭
✨Here are my favorite dishes: lobster, bread crab, snow crab, fresh abalone, oysters, local cold whelks, and mussels – all very fresh❤️ The bread crab is big and full of roe; I ate 3 by myself🤣 The abalone is large and tender😱 so refreshing, not tough at all🤭 The oysters come in big and small sizes🤣 Personally, I like the smaller ones because I can enjoy the taste and still save room for other dishes😆 My personal recommendation is 50% seafood, 40% hot dishes, 5% desserts, and 5% salad🥳
✨️There are also other delicious options like made-to-order pasta, freshly carved roast beef, sashimi including salmon, sweet shrimp, tuna, snapper, and surf clams. Sushi options include salmon sushi, sweet shrimp sushi, tamago sushi, and inari sushi. The Caesar salad with Parmesan cheese wheels contains bacon, cheese powder, and crunchy croutons.
✨️Also very popular are the Hainanese chicken and soy sauce chicken🤣 because the chicken legs get snapped up as soon as they come out😆 There’s also a Thai noodle stall and various desserts and cakes – so many delicious foods to list😍
✨️Finally, remember each person gets a drink included. We ordered iced foam coffee and iced lemon tea. Personally, I recommend the coffee; I think the hotel’s coffee is quite good and of good quality, better than the iced lemon tea, which seems more ordinary.
