Mini side dishes $88/item

Went for lunch on the holiday and saw mini exquisite dishes, $88 each, many styles, worth a try. We ordered two: Shantou fried oyster cake and sauce grilled bones.

First of all, the Shantou fried oyster cake is a real surprise! The oyster cake was fried golden and crispy, the oyster meat was quite fresh, and the portion was plentiful.

The sauce of the sauce-roasted bones is rich, with a slight sweetness. The bones are stewed very softly, and the bones and flesh separate with a light bite, which is very tasty.

Also tried the goose liver (half portion) $138, with tofu, very tasty. Finally, I ordered two bowls of Teochew white congee. The congee is smooth and fragrant with rice. It warms the stomach.
