KOKORO's Sea Urchin Soup Series

Recently, I noticed that KOKORO launched a new "Sea Urchin Soup Series," which looked so tempting that I had to give it a try! 😍😍😍

The "Sea Urchin Soup Series" includes Sea Urchin Mixed Noodles and Sea Urchin Dipping Noodles, both made with 100% fresh, air-flown sea urchins. 😋 I chose the Sea Urchin Dipping Noodles ($168) 🍝. The noodles were chewy and springy, perfect for soaking up the sauce. 😌 Dipping them into the rich and fragrant sea urchin sauce made every bite burst with umami flavor. 👍🏻 The generous portion of herring roe added a delightful crunch, enhancing the overall texture! The dish also came with roasted pork belly, which added a savory, fatty aroma. For an even more satisfying experience, I recommend adding an extra portion of sea urchin for $32. 😉

As for drinks, the Nomimono Japanese Tea Series features tea leaves carefully selected from organic tea gardens in Japan. 🍵 I highly recommend the Matcha Cheese Foam Latte ($50). The addition of the cheese foam made the drink even creamier and smoother, with the savory cheese perfectly balancing the tea's aroma. 🧀
