Christmas Hot Pot Dinner.

Tonight, I went to YOHO in Yuen Long with friends to celebrate Christmas with a hot pot meal. We discovered a newly opened hot pot restaurant called Chao Chao in Yuen Long, so we decided to give it a try!

We chose a dual-flavor hot pot, with one side being Fish Maw Chicken and the other side being Taiwanese Spicy Hot Pot! The Fish Maw Chicken pot was quite impressive, served with ingredients like bamboo fungus. Before starting the hot pot, you can have a sip of the Fish Maw Chicken soup, which is super delicious.

The most special item was the Meat Christmas Tree. The restaurant arranged the beef in the shape of a Christmas tree, which was very cute and festive.

Another must-try hot pot ingredient was the adorable Penguin Balls. They were perfect for photos, and each penguin ball was so cute 😎. They also tasted great, with a fresh cuttlefish ball flavor 👍🏻.

We also ordered fresh oysters, black truffle shrimp paste, lettuce, and other hot pot ingredients. Everything was delicious.

We also had Sichuan crispy pork snacks and Royal Oolong Pearl Milk Tea 🧋. Both were fantastic 🙌🏻.

Finally, don't miss the self-service bar outside, which has a sauce station and fruits that you can take freely 🤣.
